As a team with 30 years of London cabbie experience driving around this amazing city, we have plenty of stories and insights to offer. This private, personal tour will give you an overview of the best bits of our wonderful city, as seen by local Londoners.

The tour starts with pickup from your central London hotel or apartment. Shane can collect you from Heathrow Airport if required for an additional fee. We will stop at various sights for photo opportunities and to discuss any relevant and interesting facts about the location. I will also try to incorporate any special interests or sights you may wish to visit. This tour can be customised to fit your preferences, so please inquire if you have any specific requests.
Explore at Your Own Pace
We are dependent on traffic and weather conditions to get to as many attractions as possible, but I will do my best to visit all of your desired destinations. If you like to get around on foot on parts of the tour, that's fine. We can have a close-up look at everything, even do a little bit of retail therapy if needed.- Accessibility: Shane's London Black Cab is wheelchair-accessible and permitted in areas restricted to regular vehicles. Accommodates up to 4 passengers with luggage or up to 5 passengers without.
- Flexible Itineraries: Please note that actual tour destinations may vary depending on weather, traffic, and your preferred drop-off location.
- A quick tip: if you’d like to go inside certain monuments, I recommend booking those tickets online in advance, as some locations require them.
- What to Know: This tour includes minimal walking (30-40 minutes depending on the route and your preferences) but we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and dressing according to the weather.
